Spacious villa on the edge of the village surrounded by nature. Perfect for a quiet holiday but on the other hand very close to Pula (15 min drive) or Rovinj (25 min drive). The house was built in 2016. The whole property is fenced, making it ideal for pets and children.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has tru beds, while the second has one large double bed and a private bathroom. On the first floor there is still a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room.
On the second floor there are also two bedrooms. Both have a large double bed and private bathrooms.
The house has a spacious garden with a barbecue and a covered terrace with 8 seats.
